That's it. We will contact you to arrange dropping in your device or scheduling a support call.

In order to take in your Apple Mac computer for diagnostic or repair, we require some basic information about the device as well as contact information about yourself. This information will only ever be used by us, for the purpose of your repair.

Upon check-in we will email you a copy of our terms and conditions. These include information on our responsibilities with regards to your personal data and the care of the device, while we have it. We recommend you read and acknowledge receipt of these, ahead of handing over your device.

We will carry out an assessment and diagnostic process on your device, which is free of charge. At this point, we will offer an estimate for any work to be carried out and if you wish to go ahead, there may be a deposit required. If you do not wish to move forward at this point we will discuss the options available to you.
