Fruit Geek COVID-19 Information
We have been monitoring the ongoing situation with the Corona virus pandemic, advice from local authority and government, as well as getting regular feedback from our customers, to ensure we can offer our services in a safe and well managed way.
As we now attempt to move with the changes being rolled-out across the UK, we too are updating some aspects of how we operate, from today.
We will now only be offering hardware repairs and upgrades on Apple Mac computers.
We will not be taking in any new hardware repairs for iPhone or iPad.
We can still offer advice and software support on iPhone and iPad.
We will offer a device collection and return service for your Mac, observing social distancing, for the borough of Bexley and closely surrounding areas. This is now returns to a paid-for service.
We will continue to offer a discount to NHS and other key workers, which will now be 10% on any purchase or repair.*

* You will be required to present in-date ID to receive this offer. For some repairs this will be represented as an overall percentage discount, for others, where labour charges are specific, these will be discounted accordingly. Key workers include NHS staff, Police, Fire Service and Armed Forces. If you are a front-line retail worker, please contact us as we may still be able to extend this offer on a case by case basis.
